Foods and supplements against cancer!

Although there is no anti-cancer diet as such and it is recommended that cancer patients follow a generally healthy life style, certain foods and supplements have been found to good at preventing or at least suppressing cancer to some extent. The following are some examples:
•Green tea. This has been shown to have ingredients that can prevent the spreading of cancer – the main problem for cancer patients!
•Tumeric.
•Chilli peppers.
•Ginger.
•Soybeans.
•Tomatoes. These should be cooked in oil to release the “lycopene”.
•Grapes.
•Honey.
•Garlic.
•Cabbage.
•Broccoli.
In addition, a diet less in fat (little red meat) and low salt would be good and moderate exercise would be very good! Aspirin also has anti-cancer properties, except for pancreatic cancer, but must be taken under medical guidance.
